The City of Santa Rosa Design and Construction Standards are adopted by the City Council to specify how City facilities are to be constructed. They are divided into sections covering Streets, Traffic, Street Lights, Storm Drains, Water, Sewer, and Landscaping. The Standards, which contain design criteria as well as specifications and plans, are a reference for engineers preparing plans for construction and for contractors performing the construction.
The manual sections listed below are neither intended as, nor do they establish a legal standard for these functions.
