Cherry Ranch
The project consists of infill residential development located on a former livestock auction yard adjacent to Courtside Village near Sebastopol Road. The project plans to leverage modular technology to fabricate the basic housing components to expedite the construction in response to the current housing crisis facing our city.

The Flats @ 528 B St
Located at 528 B. Street in Downtown Santa Rosa, the proposed infill development project would consist of (1) demolition of an existing 2,400 sf office building and (2) construction of a 5-story, 36,650 sf mixed use building comprised of ground floor multi-tenant commercial office space and 24 market-rate multi-family units on floors 2-5 (20 one- and 4 two-bedroom apartments). Community Housing Sonoma County (CHSC) is proposing to subdivide a 2.01-acre parcel located at 2149 West Hearn into four individual lots. The Gross Site Acreage (2.01 acres) results from a Lot Line Adjustment affecting Parcel 134-011-012 (2.49 acres) and Parcel 134-011-013 (0.62 acres). The project site is zoned RR-20-RH (Rural Residential-Rural Heritage), and, in compliance with the RR-20 zoning designation, the four proposed vacant parcels will range in size from approximately 20,000 to 25,000 square feet.

Lago Fresca Apartments
Lago Fresca Apartments is an in-fill residential development, located on the south side of Hoen Avenue and the west side of Summerfield Road, that would propose adding 50 units, 6 of which would be offered to low-income residents, in a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom apartments, as well as a kitchenette, lounge with fireplace, and a community room. The proposal includes adding 65 parking spaces ,36 of which are covered, to the site.

Proposed future development of a 5-story, 40-unit, market-rate multi-family residential building featuring five tuck-under parking spaces and four units located on the ground floor and nine units located on each of floors 2-5. South Park Commons
South Park Commons (formerly known as Bennett Valley Affordable Housing) involves the development of an approximately 64,000 square-foot building ranging in height from two to four stories. It will provide 62 residential units, made up of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Units will be available to households earning incomes between 20-60 percent of area median income (AMI), and half of the units will be reserved as supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Stony Point Flats
This project proposes to construct a new 50-unit affordable multifamily development on an undeveloped 2.9-acre parcel. The project includes the construction of bike storage, laundry facilities, tech center, fitness facilities, and outdoor amenities such as barbecue and playground facilities. Solar panels will be installed on top of the two main residential structures which will allow the project to operate at net zero energy in accordance with Title 24.
