Street in Downtown Santa Rosa, the proposed infill development project would consist of (1) demolition of an existing 2,400 sf office building and (2) construction of a 5-story, 36,650 sf mixed use building comprised of ground floor multi-tenant commercial office space and 24 market-rate multi-family units on floors 2-5 (20 one- and 4 two-bedroom apartments). All required parking would be located in City Parking Garage #1 adjacent to the project. Major Design Review and Major Landmark Alteration Permit review are required.
