The 1650 W Steele Lane Apartments proposal is a three-story, 36-unit multifamily affordable housing project including a 100% density bonus (35% state density bonus, 65% supplemental density bonus). A total of 36 parking stalls are proposed, 25 of which are covered in a two-level automated parking structure. The supplemental density bonus requires a Minor Conditional Use Permit, whereas 35% awarded by the State is by-right. Amenities include an internal courtyard and private balconies.
