Economic Development Quarterly Report

This report provides updates on new and ongoing projects, programs, business and property changes, and other special initiatives. The report covers: Business tax certificate data; Program, project, and business updates; and data from the State’s Community and Place Based Data Tool.

Pending Development Report

This report contains a list of land use permits currently under review or approved. This is not an exhaustive list of all land use entitlements and is limited to projects that include a minimum of five new residential units or a minimum of 5,000 square feet of new non-residential space.

Parcel Report Search Tool

Tool is designed to provide unique information associated with parcels throughout the city limits. The tool is designed for users that are researching the permitting history on a specific parcel. Additional information will be added in the future to provide property specific details intended to inform future development proposals on the parcel.

Map displaying all permitting activity within the city limits, and users can filter results by permit number or address. Clicking on the results will provide additional details associated with the permit review process.

Small Wireless Facilities

Map provides the location of proposed and installed private small wireless facilities within the city's public right-of-way. Interacting with the shapes displayed on the map will allow the user to view the permitting documents that were submitted as part of the encroachment permit associated with the facility. The map does not display larger wireless facilities placed on private property.

Short Term Rentals Permit Activity Map

The map provides the status of permits for short-term rentals by location. The tool parses out the rentals by the status of the permit (submitted, in process, issued, or closed) as well as if the property is hosted or non-hosted. Issued permits are considered open for businesses. A circle is drawn around each non-hosted rental to highlight the 1,000-foot separation requirement between each non-hosted short-term rental.
