Vineyard at Fountaingrove

The Vineyard at Fountaingrove

The once vacant 4.6 acre site located on the south side of Fountaingrove Parkway at its westerly intersection with Round Barn Boulevard has since been developed to a one-story, 64-bed residential care facility for seniors (memory care) within a single building totaling approximately 40,000 square feet in floor area. The building design included two open-air interior courtyards with water features, seating and landscaping. Fox Hollow Grading

The subdivision will construct 135 single-family detached homes and 8 duets, for a total of 143 residential units.  The proposed homes will range in size from 1,681 to 2,587 square-feet and will be designed to include solar panels and energy efficient appliances.  The project includes ecological restoration along the banks of Peterson Creek and pedestrian connections to Youth Community Park to the north.

Landseye


Landseye received permission to begin operating a 5200 square foot medical cannabis manufacturing and processing center in August 2016. The company has begun operating is seeking to expand operations in Santa Rosa as California’s legal cannabis market grows. The company chose Santa Rosa because of its skilled workforce and proximity to major transportation corridors.

Farmers Lane Senior Housing


The project is a proposal to develop a vacant 1.22- acre parcel by constructing two multi-family residential structures consisting of 26 senior (55 years of age or older) condominium units and a common area. Five of these units will be designated as affordable for moderate income owners. The project includes the installation of a pedestrian/bicycle path adjacent to the Santa Rosa Creek, which will be available to the public. Farmers Lane Senior Housing furthers the goals of the General Plan.

Courthouse Square Development

Courthouse Square Development


The project includes renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing two-story commercial building at 19 Old Courthouse Square, demolition of the existing commercial building at 25 Old Courthouse Square to construct a courtyard gathering area, and tenant improvements to the interior of the Empire Building at 37 Old Courthouse Square.  The development includes hotel rooms and services, ground floor restaurants and a coffee house, a third-floor terrace area, a third-floor kitchen and café, and a courtyard connector/gathering area between 19 Old Courthouse Square and the Empire Building.  A new third level will be created at 19 Old Courthouse Square to accommodate eight hotel rooms, two hotel suites, meeting rooms, a kitchen and café, and a roof terrace.
