Developing Affordable Housing

Every year the Housing Authority allocates funds for affordable housing development. Among the funds that are available to the Housing Authority are Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program funds, both of which are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City of Santa Rosa also uses Impact Fees to develop affordable housing units.
