Water fitness is a fun aquatic activity, which uses the resistance of water to provide strength training and aerobic conditioning for people of all fitness levels. Water provides smooth and variable resistance through a full range of motion. Improve your strength, endurance, flexibility and well being in this exhilarating 60 minute class. Non-swimmers are welcome.
Please note: Water Fitness courses offered at Ridgway Swim Center only during the Finley closure. The water temperature will be 81-82 degrees and the water space configuration will be the five lanes closest to the waterslide, running shallow to deep.
