FREE Water-Efficient Toilet Program:

Santa Rosa Water residential customers are eligible to receive free high-efficiency plumbing fixtures installed by a certified plumbing contractor—while supplies last.

This program offers installation of high-efficiency toilet packages by a qualified contractor at no cost to qualifying single-family and multi-family residential customers who currently have toilets that flow at 1.6 gallons per flush or higher.

Qualifying customers can receive up to two high-efficiency plumbing fixture packages per house or multi-family unit. Fixture packages include the following:

• 1 toilet (0.8 gallon per flush)
• 1-2 bathroom faucet aerators (1.0 gallon per minute)
• 1 kitchen faucet aerator (1.5 gallon per minute)
• 1 showerhead (1.5 gallon per minute)

Supplies are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
