Santa Rosa CityBus and Santa Rosa Paratransit will resume fare collections effective Monday, February 1, 2021. Ridership fares were temporarily suspended in March 2020 to ensure social distancing at the farebox in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. City transit is installing clear barriers between passengers and drivers at the farebox to maintain safe distancing as fare collection resumes.
All CityBus and Paratransit passengers are required to wear a face covering in order to comply with the Sonoma County Health Order.
Fares and Discounts
CityBus will continue to offer fare discounts for youth, seniors, and people living with disabilities. Santa Rosa Junior College students and US Veterans will still be able to ride free of charge with qualifying ID
Service Schedule
CityBus continues to operate on a modified weekday and weekend schedule. This modified schedule will be in effect until further notice.
