Learning to swim is a life-saving critical skill for children and adults. Through the Recreation & Parks Scholarship Fund, the City is working to bring this skill to more Santa Rosans. Scholarships for qualifying families are available now to help with the cost of swim lessons this summer. Lessons are available for all experience levels, with ample space for swimmers who are ready to hon their skills. This includes lifeguard readiness courses, which prepare our next generation of lifeguards to serve.
