The City of Santa Rosa (City) is working with three properties owners along Hearn Avenue in Santa Rosa to purchase the properties for its Fire Station Relocation and Municipal Use Project (Project). Whenever a City project might cause the relocation of occupants, the City is required to prepare a Draft Relocation Impact Study and Last Resort Housing Plan (Draft Relocation Plan) for property owners, property occupants, and the community to review online at srcity.org/realestateservices. A hard copy will be available at the office of Transportation and Public Works located at 69 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa, CA 95401 during regular business hours.
We encourage you to review the Draft Relocation Plan and to submit your comments by January 8, 2022. Any comments you submit will be incorporated into the Final Relocation Plan that will be presented to the City Council for its review and consideration at the January 11, 2022 City Council meeting.
