Planning and Economic Development to host Community Workshop focused on several Housing Action Plan initiatives currently underway.
The Planning and Economic Development Department, with support from consultants of the Metropolitan Planning Group (M-Group), will be hosting a community workshop related to a number of Housing Action Plan initiatives that are currently underway. The workshop is open to the public and will provide a chance for community members to learn what the City is doing to address housing development needs and opportunities in Santa Rosa and share their own insights.
The Community Workshop will focus on the following topics:
- Density Bonus Update
- Inclusionary Housing
- Updates on: Accessory Dwelling Unit Update, Planning Process Improvements, Design Review Process Update
