The Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks Department has resumed online registration as of Feb. 8. Online registration was paused on Feb. 2, following a technical error with the registration software vendor and credit card processor. The error resulted in a few transactions on Feb. 2, between 7 a.m. – 9 a.m., with erroneous pending charges to credit cards.  

Since the error was discovered, staff have worked with the registration software vendor and credit card processor to identify the root cause and implement a solution for the future. Additionally, staff have worked on a case-by-case basis to address the erroneous credit card charges and will continue to monitor these cases closely to ensure they are 100% resolved.
