Professional Baseball Coming to Santa Rosa

NF_Pecos-ScubaDivers

The Santa Rosa City Council approved a request on April 12, 2022 from Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks to pursue a licensing agreement with the Pecos League of Professional Baseball Clubs, LLC. Pecos, which is the largest independent baseball league in the United States, has requested designated use of the baseball field at Doyle Community Park for a team to be named the Santa Rosa Scuba Divers. Training and league play could begin as soon as this spring, pending completion and approval of the agreement.

For more information about the proposal and the licensing agreement, see the presentation and staff report presented to City Council: Presentation & Staff Report
