The city has launched a new encampment locator tool to help monitor encampments throughout Santa Rosa and track efforts to address those encampments. The purpose is to promote increased community awareness and transparency by providing regularly updated information on size, type, and status of encampments throughout the city, as well as work completed by the Debris Response Team at encampments on public property. While the map currently does not track outreach efforts of the Homeless Outreach Services Team (HOST), operated by Catholic Charities on behalf of the city, those efforts are robust and ongoing, providing community members experiencing homelessness with options for shelter and services. VIEW MAP
