Cal ISO EEA 2 Alert - Conserve Power, Prepare for Potential Power Outages 
The California Independent System Operator (ISO) has issued an Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) 2 today. An EEA 2 means energy deficiencies are expected and the ISO requests emergency energy from all resources and has activated its emergency demand response program. Due to Excessive Heat Warning, the City of Santa Rosa opened a cooling center at the Finley Community Center (2060 W College Ave) until Thursday (9/8) from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. LEARN MORE
