The City of Santa Rosa’s Storm Water and Creeks team is dedicated to enhancing and improving the health of Santa Rosa’s 100 miles of creeks. This dynamic team is comprised of engineers, technicians, biologists, and support staff that work collaboratively with community partners to prevent harmful materials from entering our local waterways. This means enhancing flood protection, improving water quality, and restoring habitat for fish and a variety of wildlife that live in our neighborhood creeks. The team has a robust Creek Stewardship program that relies on volunteers for creek clean ups, as well as environmental education. To get involved, visit: srcity.org/CreekStewardship
