Hopper Avenue Corridor Recovery Improvements Project

NF_Hopper Ave 2

We want to hear from you! Community input is key as we move forward with the Recovery process for the Hopper Avenue Corridor Improvements project. Help us envision potential corridor improvements along Hopper Avenue from Coffey Lane to Highway 101.

The Hopper Avenue corridor experienced damage from both the fire and during the debris removal process. To support fire recovery efforts, in 2021, city council unanimously voted to dedicate a portion of the PG&E settlement funds towards recovery improvements along the Hopper Avenue corridor, between Highway 101 and Coffey Lane.

The first phase of the Hopper Avenue Recovery Improvements project will focus on community engagement, gathering community input through community meetings and online surveys. Feedback will then be applied to inform the final design improvements of the recovery project creating a roadway that reflects the vision of the community.

The first community meeting will be presented virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, November 9 at 5:30 p.m., where existing conditions and potential corridor improvements will be discussed.
