Santa Rosa City parks are currently open to the public following the fires, with the exception of those parks that remain within controlled access areas. Parks and park amenities not directly affected by the fires may be enjoyed as usual. Playgrounds in parks impacted by the fires are currently blocked with caution tape and are not to be used at this time. Play equipment within City parks is cleaned on an on-going basis year-round and playgrounds closest to the fire zones are being given top priority. We are committed to opening all park amenities to the community as soon as possible.
