The City of Santa Rosa is seeking submittals from affordable housing developers for projects to be located on three surplus downtown parking sites. The sites have been approved for surplus by the City Council and the California Department of Housing and Community Services (HCD) and notices have been sent to all affordable developers on the CalHFA list.

The three parking sites available for development include parking lots at 500 Fifth Street and 730 Third Street, and a parking garage at 625 and 627 Third Street, which will require a minimum of 25% affordable housing.
The City is excited to receive and review submittals; submittals are due no later than March 23, 2023.
