This month, the City of Santa Rosa’s new community volunteer clean-up and beautification program Clean Santa Rosa is partnering with Caltrans for Clean California Community Days, an eleven-day, state-wide beautification event that kicks off Friday, March 17. The goal of Clean Santa Rosa and Clean California Community Days is to work together to clean-up our community and spread the word about taking pride in keeping our community and California clean.
Clean Santa Rosa is a new monthly community clean-up and beautification program, where community volunteers and city staff work together to clean up public spaces in Santa Rosa. The program launched on Feb. 17 where community volunteers and city staff helped to remove four (4) cubic yards of trash and debris along sections of Cleveland Avenue and Industrial Drive.
For Clean California Community Days, the City of Santa Rosa invites community volunteers and city staff to help clean and beautify our community. Projects will include but are not limited to the following:
