As part of the Santa Rosa Housing Authority’s commitment to ensure safe, decent, and sanitary housing in Santa Rosa, City staff recently completed housing quality inspections of more than 500 housing units with Housing Choice Vouchers through the City’s Rental Assistance Program. The inspections conducted March 7-16, were among 2,000 biennial inspections conducted by the team and are in addition to ongoing inspections done at move-in and for quality control, such as checking heating sources, electrical outlets, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and evidence of mold or pest infestations.
