All applications submitted between June 1 and June 30 will have an equal chance of being selected in the lottery, regardless of which day the application was submitted.

Residents should visit between June 1 and June 30 to submit applications online. Individuals requiring Telecommunications Relay Services may use the 7-1-1 dialing code, and for all other accommodations and assistance, residents may contact the Santa Rosa Housing Authority at 707-543-3324

To qualify for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, applicants must meet low-income guidelines, which begin at $44,050 for a one-person household and up to $83,050 for an eight-person household. Voucher holders pay approximately 30-40% of their monthly income towards the rent and the City of Santa Rosa Housing Authority pays the balance of the rent to the owner within reasonable limits.
