The Public Financing Authority (PFA) authorizes, develops, and implements the Infrastructure Financing Plan, which is the investment plan of an Enhanced Infrastructure Finance District (EIFD). In essence, the PFA oversees EIFD finances and activities.
City Council is seeking volunteers interested in serving on Public Financing Authority. The Public Financing Authority (PFA) authorizes, develops, and implements the Infrastructure Financing Plan, which is the investment plan of an Enhanced Infrastructure Finance District (EIFD). In essence, the PFA oversees EIFD finances and activities.
The PFA will be composed of (2) members of the City Council, (2) members of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma, and (3) members of the public, in accordance with California Government Code Sections 54970 and 54972.
This recruitment is for the (3) members of the public positions, of which (1) will be appointed by City Council, (1) will be appointed by Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma, and (1) will be a joint appointment by City Council and Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma.
The PFA meeting frequency, location, and meeting time are to be determined.

Appointment to the City Council PFA public member and recommendation(s) to the Board of Supervisors joint appointed public member may be made at this meeting. Please be prepared to be available to participate in the interview process.
