The City of Santa Rosa has identified a flea infestation within the City Hall campus at 100 Santa Rosa Ave., Santa Rosa, and we took steps on Aug. 30, 2023 to close City Hall campuses to treat the exterior and interior of the buildings. The City continues to work with a local pest control consultant, and they are recommending we conduct additional treatment of the interior and exterior of the City Hall campus within 10 days of the initial treatment.

When: 9/8/2023 (One day shut down)

- Virtual Services: While our physical offices will be closed during this period, we are committed to maintaining our services to the best of our abilities. City staff will be available remotely to assist you with inquiries, concerns, or urgent matters.
- Scheduled Appointments: The City’s regular business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have an appointment or meeting scheduled during the temporary closure period, City staff will reach out to you to reschedule or make arrangements for a virtual meeting.
