Construction on Howarth Park's main entrance has begun and is estimated to be completed by Friday, 5/25. During construction, the main entrance will be closed, and vehicles must enter the park via the lower parking lot at the southern end of the park by the gazebo area and exit the park via the exit by the tennis courts.
