Good news! Picnic Reservations (under 100 people) for Bayer Neighborhood Park & Gardens are now handled at Finley Community Center and no longer require a Park Permit. A Park Permit may still be required if your event has an attendance of over 100, is open to the public, has alcohol sales or other certain criteria.
