New Web Application Launched for Reporting Problems

My Santa Rosa Citizen Problem Reporter

The City of Santa Rosa has launched a new mobile-friendly web application that allows for citizens to report a wide range of non-emergency issues around the City of Santa Rosa, including broken street lights, potholes, creek issues, and more. This new online tool replaces the prior MySantaRosa Citizen Reporting App, but upgrades the interface for improved ease of use, especially on mobile devices.  Use the new tool at Though the new web application has launched, it will continue to be fine-tuned, as needed, to improve usability.

Please note: Citizens that downloaded the prior reporting app will need to manually delete it from their phone as that app is no longer in use.

Thank you for helping to be the “eyes” and “ears” of our community.
