The City of Santa Rosa uses a portion of its federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, local funds, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds to provide annual financial assistance to nonprofit organizations providing eligible services in our community.
Funding applications for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 are now available and will be accepted from February 6 to March 6.
Who can apply?
- Fair housing providers
- HOPWA providers
- Public service agencies who operate facilities serving persons experiencing homelessness and which also participate in and accept referrals from Sonoma County’s Coordinated Entry System
