The Santa Rosa Housing Trust is accepting applications through April 26, 2019, for new affordable housing developments pursuing California Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) funds or 9% Tax Credits with state applications due in June or July 2019. 

This focused Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) process is accelerated to enable affordable housing developers secure local funds to make their state funding applications more competitive. The Housing Authority will meet in June prior to the state deadlines to make funding awards. The amount available is approximately $3.7 million. Applications will be considered for all or a portion of the funds.
