The City of Santa Rosa would like your input on how it plans to distribute federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds it will receive for fiscal year 2019/2020. 

The City has prepared a draft Annual Action Plan that details its planned distribution of these funds for the coming fiscal year. The public comment period runs from March 15, 2019 through April 15, 2019. However, public comments will continue to be accepted until and during the City Council Public Hearing on May 7, 2019. All public comments will be included in the Plan submitted to the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
