Representatives of the Coffey Strong neighborhood group and the Santa Rosa Parks Foundation have been awarded a $500,000 grant from the Kaiser Foundation to assist with the rebuilding of Coffey Neighborhood Park. The 5.85 acre park, which is owned by the City of Santa Rosa, was destroyed in the October 2017 Tubbs Fire, and the City is facing a multi-million-dollar shortage in the funds needed to rebuild the park.
