The City of Santa Rosa’s Planning and Economic Development Department has opened access to its online queue to set up appointments to apply for a Conditional Use Permit for a new cannabis retail location.
The City of Santa Rosa’s Planning and Economic Development Department has opened access to its online queue to set up appointments to apply for a Conditional Use Permit for a new cannabis retail location. Appointments are required from June 3 through June 14. Starting June 17, walk-ins applicants will also be welcome.
All new applicants for cannabis retail locations can expect the City’s acceptance of Conditional Use Permits on a first-come, first-serve, first-complete basis, bringing cannabis retail applications more in-line with other industries within the City.
To make an appointment, applicants will need their full name, phone number, email and the proposed cannabis retail site address.
