The City of Santa Rosa is soliciting developer proposals to transform the former Bennett Valley Senior Center and ArtStart campuses into affordable housing and/or permanent supportive housing. A community meeting will be held to provide information about the process and gather neighborhood priorities related to the development of this site. Spanish translation will be available at the meeting.
