Playgrounds in five City parks now have new poured rubber surfacing. Crews have completed work at Galvin, Youth and Northwest Community Parks along with Hidden Valley and Steele Lane Neighborhood Parks. The playground surfacing is among the best for durability, safety and environmental impact.
