Gain self-discipline, physical and emotional fitness through the fundamentals of Judo. Students learn techniques for proper rolling and falling, along with throwing, grappling, submission techniques and basic Judo terms and vocabulary. Rank is awarded on merit and students may compete in local judo tournaments. Judogi uniform required ($40-$45); information provided in class.
Instructor: Ben Keating, under the direction of Coach Joseph Sapp, owner of Next Level Judo, is a 3rd degree judo black belt with 14 years coaching experience.
The next session begins August 27th and sessions run through the New Year.
