The City of Santa Rosa is reconstructing the pathways at Howarth Park around the train, carousel, picnic area by the carousel, pony ride and animal barn for the purpose of improving disability access.

Construction is expected to start October 2019 and be completed by February 2020. Howarth Park will remain open during construction. Public access will be maintained to the train and pony rides during their regular schedule until seasonal closure at the end of October. The carousel, picnic area by the carousel and animal barn will be closed during construction.

The contractor is authorized to work Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm during construction.
