NOTICE TO BIDDERS: 

INVITATION FOR BIDS packages containing the Auction Announcements of City Agricultural Property for Lease (including land use information and open for inspection schedules), Locator Map, Bid Form and Acceptance, Lease Form and Recycled Water User’s Guide may be obtained through PlanetBids at www.srcity.org/bids (Bid/Proposal Opportunities) or in hardcopy at 69 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.  Auction information updates, amendments or auction cancellations, if any, may be viewed through PlanetBids at www.srcity.org/bids or on the City’s website at https://srcity.org/realestateservices. Sealed Bidding:

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the Water Department, 69 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa, California, for the lease of a portion of each of the real properties as described above and as more specifically noted in the bid packages for each property.  Bids shall be received in the Water Department at 69 Stony Circle until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.  Bids tendered after the bid receiving deadline shall not be received for any reason.  The office time clock for receiving bids will be an electric date and time stamping clock, located in the Water Department at 69 Stony Circle.  In order to be considered, bids must be received prior to 2:00 p.m.  Therefore, a bid stamped in at 1:59 p.m. is acceptable, but one stamped in at 2:00 p.m. is late and shall not be accepted.  Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on that date in Room 5 and will be available for public inspection at that time.

Each bid shall be made out on a “Bid Form and Acceptance” form, which is included in the Invitation for Bids package.  The original of the Bid Form and Acceptance, bearing an original signature, shall be submitted and must be accompanied with a certified or cashier’s check, payable to the City of Santa Rosa, in the amount equal to 10% of the total annual bid price. The Bid Form and Acceptance shall be placed in an envelope and marked as specified on the “Bid Form and Acceptance” form.
