Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks and Santa Rosa Water are working to amend the Master Plan for A Place to Play Park to include the following changes: 

1. Addition of a new emergency well and water system to be located near the SW corner of the park and an amendment to the plan to reflect an existing water pump station in the NW area of the park. 

2. Addition of picnic areas to be located near existing and future playgrounds. 

3. Addition of three hydration stations/drinking fountains (locations to be determined).

4. Addition of a basketball court near the future planned playground.

COMMUNITY MEETING

Learn more about the plan and provide your input:

When: Saturday, September 21, 10am - Noon

Where: A Place to Play Park, 2375 W 3rd St (back parking lot, near the playground).

PUBLIC HEARING

Community members are invited to provide input to City Council on proposed updates to the master plan for A Place to Play Park.

When: November 5, 2019, at or after 4pm

Where: City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Santa Rosa Ave
