SRPD Resumes Regular Usage of Nixle
After several successful sent messages and confirmation from the vendor, as of June 3rd, the previously reported technical issues with Nixle have been resolved and the Santa Rosa Police Department will resume regular usage of Nixle for the remainder of the contract with the third-party vendor. Please continue to monitor SRPD’s Facebook (facebook.com/SantaRosaPoliceDepartment) and Twitter (twitter.com/SantaRosaPolice) for more information and updates, in addition to Nixle messages.

It has come to our attention that the app, Nixle, is misdelivering or not delivering important and timely information. This includes both emails and text messages.
