The mandatory nightly curfew for the City of Santa Rosa expired at 5 a.m. this morning (June 4, 2020), and there is no curfew in place for tonight. In the past, the curfew has proven to be an effective tool to protect our community from individuals and groups intent on doing harm to persons and property. The City will continue to monitor conditions and will re-evaluate the need to enact a curfew every 24 hours for the next several days.
With the expiration of the curfew, in order to continue to provide enhanced safety in the core area of downtown, specific intersections and streets will remain closed to vehicular traffic through Sunday, June 7. This map provides the current closures:
