Santa Rosa Minimum Wage Increasing to $17.06 on January 1, 2023

The hourly minimum wage applies to all employees working within city limits.

Starting Jan. 1, 2023, the hourly minimum wage in Santa Rosa will increase to $17.06 for all employees working within city limits. The increase represents the third of its kind following City Council approval of a local minimum wage ordinance in 2019.
