On 5/19/22, the City of Santa Rosa celebrated the completion of Phase II of the Colgan Creek Restoration Project with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Once the Phase III is complete, the project will have transformed 1.3 miles of creek in southwest Santa Rosa.
