24. Complaint Process
    Once your complaint is submitted, staff will review to determine priority level. Complaints involving immediate life-safety risk receive the highest priority. It is then given a case number and assigned to a Code Enforcement Officer. The first inspection or letter (notification of receipt of complaint) is generally mailed out to the owner of the property with the suspected violation within two weeks.
