Sarah-Jane Wiseman is a dedicated marketing and social impact professional with more than 20 years of experience working in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

In her current role as Marketing Manager at Mendocino Forest Products, she directs marketing campaigns, drives sustainability efforts and strengthens brand awareness. She also serves on the internal Community Action Team, which oversees the company’s community giving efforts, including donations, a scholarship program and partnerships with the SRJC Foundation & CET Foundation.

From 2011-2021, as Community Outreach and Donations Manager, Sarah-Jane pioneered an internationally recognized Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program at Lagunitas Brewing Company. She helped conceptualize, implement and manage a grant program, awarding $800 to 400 nonprofits across the United States. Additionally, she managed product donations, the employee volunteer program, sustainability initiatives and served on an internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. She witnessed the brewery grow from an upstart craft brewery to a top-3 international brand eventually selling for one billion dollars. At the height of the program, she managed a team to successfully complete more than 6,000 product donations per year. Working with thousands of nonprofits both locally and nationally, she forged deeply rooted connections to the community.

From 2005-2010, Sarah-Jane wore many hats while working as Marketing and Development Manager at Museum of Sonoma County, where she nurtured relationships and outreach with artists, history and philanthropists within the community. In addition, during these early years she started a punk band, Ashtray, with her boyfriend, who is now her husband, along with their close friend.

Graduating from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in Communication Studies, Sara-Jane found passion working in the arts, music and nonprofit communities. She wrote and produced an original film her senior year, DJ’d at KSUN, moonlighted as a dark room assistant for the Photography Department, and worked full time at SSU’s Theater Box Office, where she was introduced to fund development/npo fundraising.

Raised by two teachers in a community-focused household, she has always believed in kindness and giving back and finds time to do so, whether it’s volunteering at her childrens’ schools or with other local nonprofits, such as Food for Thought.

Sarah-Jane lives in Santa Rosa on the West side near beautiful Imwalle Gardens with her husband (David), daughter (Alexandra, Age 9), son (Milo, Age 5) and furry felines Cat Benatar & Gigi (Aged 2).
