In June of 1990, the Finley Foundation made a donation to make the park, community and aquatic centers possible. The park is named after Ernest L and Ruth W Finley.

Parking
- Entrance off West College Avenue will put you by the tennis courts, aquatic and community centers.
- Entrance off Stony Point Road will put you by the playground, large reservable picnic site (Gazebo), volleyball and basketball courts.
Reservations
- There are three picnic sites available for reservation. All other picnic tables are on a first come first serve basis. Contact the Picnic Desk at (707) 543-3753 or [email protected].
